HistoryPaul Griggs began his career in construction in the mid-1980s
by building spec houses on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. With a strong background in framing and engineering as well as experience
in building in an over-regulated and environmentally sensitive area, coupled with tremendous snow loads, earthquakes and high winds.
As his reputation grew in the industry, so did his contracts for new construction. Paul quickly responded to the need for high-quality custom building by starting Griggs Custom Homes. Now, Griggs Custom Homes, Inc. is recognized as one of the premier custom home builders in the area, with projects ranging in location from California and Nevada.
